Technology Strategy Consultant
Guide executive teams through technology strategy, assessments, and roadmaps that actually get executed.
You'll lead advisory engagements: technology assessments, architecture reviews, cloud strategy, and transformation roadmaps for clients in Nepal and abroad. You'll interview stakeholders, analyze systems and spend, facilitate executive workshops, and write the recommendations our clients bet budgets on. This role suits a technologist who loves the why as much as the how.
What you'll do
- Lead technology assessments: systems, spend, security posture, team capability
- Facilitate executive workshops aligning technology investment with strategy
- Produce prioritized, costed roadmaps clients can actually execute
- Support clients through vendor selection and negotiation
- Contribute to Converge's thought leadership and methodology
What we're looking for
- 6+ years across engineering, architecture, or IT leadership roles
- Experience presenting to and advising C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical writing in English your documents drive major decisions
- Breadth across cloud, security, data, and enterprise systems
- Consulting experience or consulting-adjacent client work
Nice to have
- Banking/financial services domain knowledge
- Compliance framework experience (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- FinOps or cloud economics expertise
