Full-Stack Engineer
Build client products end to end from architecture through launch on a senior team with real ownership.
You'll join a delivery team of 3–6 building custom platforms for clients in banking, logistics, healthcare, and fitness. You'll own features from architecture through production, demo your work to clients weekly, and mentor mid-level engineers along the way. Our stack centers on TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS but we hire for judgment, not framework trivia.
What you'll do
- Design and build full-stack features across client projects, from data model to UI
- Participate in discovery and architecture decisions with clients in the room
- Demo working software to client stakeholders weekly
- Uphold engineering standards: tests, code review, observability, documentation
- Mentor mid-level engineers through pairing and review
What we're looking for
- 1+ years building production web applications
- Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or equivalent stacks and fast learning)
- Strong relational data modeling and API design skills
- Comfort communicating directly with non-technical stakeholders in English
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice to have
- Payment gateway or core banking integration experience
- Next.js and modern SSR patterns
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience
