Engagement Manager
Own client relationships and delivery health across a portfolio of projects the person both sides trust.
You'll steward 3–4 concurrent client engagements: keeping delivery healthy, budgets honest, stakeholders aligned, and teams unblocked. You're the escalation point both clients and delivery teams trust part project leader, part relationship builder, part truth-teller. International clients mean some evening overlap calls; we balance that with flexible mornings.
What you'll do
- Own engagement health: scope, budget, timeline, and client satisfaction
- Run steering reviews and manage executive stakeholder relationships
- Unblock delivery teams and broker priority decisions with clients
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts, honestly and without pushiness
- Contribute to proposals and engagement design for new clients
What we're looking for
- 4+ years managing software delivery for external clients
- Fluency in agile delivery and enough technical depth to keep conversations honest
- Excellent facilitation and expectation-management skills in English
- Commercial awareness: budgets, contracts, change management
- Calm under pressure; allergic to surprises
Nice to have
- Consulting or agency background
- PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Experience with international clients across time zones
