Our clients' users are bank tellers, gym receptionists, dispatchers, and nurses people with demanding jobs who need software that gets out of the way. You'll own design on 2–3 concurrent projects: research, flows, prototypes, and polished UI, working shoulder to shoulder with engineers who ship your work weekly.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery research and usability sessions with real end users
  • Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web, mobile, and kiosk products
  • Build and maintain project design systems in Figma
  • Iterate rapidly with engineers inside weekly delivery cycles
  • Present design decisions to client stakeholders with clear rationale

What we're looking for

  • Should have experience designing shipped digital products
  • A portfolio showing workflow or B2B/operational design
  • Strong systems thinking: components, states, edge cases
  • Comfort testing designs with real users and being wrong quickly
  • Fluency in Figma and modern handoff practices

Nice to have

  • Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS/React)
  • Accessibility expertise (WCAG)
  • Kiosk or embedded interface design
